Local Delivery

Our deliveries are made on Thursday each week for orders placed by midnight on the previous Monday, delivered direct to your front door for the following locations in Essex:

Aveley, Chafford Hundred, Corringham, Fobbing, Grays, Hornchurch, Horndon on the Hill, Linford, Orsett, Rainham, South Ockendon, Stanford-le-Hope, North Stifford, South Stifford, Tilbury, Upminster.

Please note, there is a minimum order amount of £10 - £20 depending on your location, I will contact you once you have ordered if your order is below the minimum amount.

All of our orders are safely packed in clean pre-loved or reusable packaging which can be collected when we deliver your next order. Alternatively, we can collect your containers on the first delivery for the subsequent delivery - it's that easy!

You can also arrange to return packaging to us by either bringing it along the next time you visit the Refill Cabin or by emailing hello@refilcabin.co.uk and we can arrange collection.

National Delivery

We use nationwide delivery partners to deliver to our wonderful customers across the country. All of our orders are safely packed in clean reused or reusable packaging which can be recycled or composted so there is no waste or landfill - it's that easy!

The delivery price is based on the order weight as shown below:

Please note; your email address is passed to the delivery partner so you can be contacted. Your orders are processed within 1-3 days (unless I am on holiday).

Delayed delivery: DPD & Royal mail are pretty good with your orders but from time to time things can go missing. If this does happen we have to follow their damaged or lost post procedures and will issue you with a refund if they confirm it is missing. This way you can choose to re-order again.

Lost Postal items are not refunded until agreed with the delivery partner.
